PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Once an item is purchased you can expect your order to be processed in 1-14 days. Time varies depending on areas, when we are able to schedule you in and other life factors. We are a small business and are doing the best we can to keep up with demands.

If you are in a rush to receive your item- please express that and we will try to accommodate requests. Otherwise we have a contactless pick up options readily available for our local clients.

Rates vary and will be discussed with client prior to confirming delivery method. This is a general guideline.

For large furniture items being shipped outside of Ontario, Canada- please contact us prior to checking out for your shipping quote.

BREAKABLES

With our super baby coddling packaging method, shipping breakables is a daunting task we take for you! That means we are able to ship mirrors, ceramics, and other anxiety causing items successfully. HOWEVER, there is no guarantee as you never know what can happen.

Packages are shipped with insurance.

It is the client’s responsibility to file a claim should a package arrive damaged or go missing during the shipping process.

PICK UPS

All items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. We don’t have the facilities to keep items for longer. We will send a reminder or two prior to the 14 days. After that, we will be forced to resell the items. Again there are no refunds or partial refunds so please be ready to arrange for your goodies accordingly.

We understand there are certain situations that require special accommodation (moving, renovations etc) in which case there is an additional $35/month storage fee applied to your final balance.
